Unemployment grants and their functions at the time of economic recession

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se především zaměřuje na funkci podpory v nezaměstnanosti a posuzuje jak tyto dávky při ztrátě zaměstnání ovlivňují psychiku člověka a jeho společenské postavení v době ekonomické recese. Poukazuje na to jakým způsobem se podpora v nezaměstnanosti poskytuje a komu vzniká na tuto dávku nárok. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat uchazeče o zaměstnání kteří přišli o práci. Především jejich pocity a názor na současnou výši vyplácené podpory v nezaměstnanosti.

Abstract:

This Bachellor work focuses on the function of social benefits and simultaneously on analysing the effects of these benefits on the individal from the psychological and sociological point of view, regarding to the social status of the individual under the conditions of lost of work and in the time of the economical crises and recession. This work should explain the criteria of giving the unemployment benefits to a job applicant. The aim of this bachelor work is to analyse the job applicant as a sociological category, furthermore his/her emotion and his/her opinion to the amount of the unemployment benefit.
