Abstract:

Práce se zabývá návrhem komunikační kampaně pro technologickou firmu specializující se na poskytování služeb v oblasti řízení IT služeb, řízení IT provozu, integrovaného řízení rizik a řízení služeb zákazníkům. Cílem práce je vytvořit komplexní a efektivní komunikační strategii, která umožní firmě oslovit své cílové publikum a dosáhnout svých obchodních a marketingových cílů. Plán kampaně obsahuje detailní harmonogram, rozpočet a potřebné zdroje pro realizaci kampaně. Výsledkem této práce je komplexní návrh komunikační kampaně, která má potenciál efektivně oslovit cílové publikum a podpořit obchodní úspěch firmy.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on designing a communication campaign for a technology company specializing in providing services in the areas of IT service management, IT operations management, integrated risk management, and customer service management, all through implementation, consultancy, training, and support. The goal of this work was to create a comprehensive and effective communication strategy that would enable the company to reach its target audience and achieve its business and marketing objectives. The campaign plan includes a detailed schedule, budget, and necessary resources for campaign execution. The result of this work is a comprehensive communication campaign proposal with the potential to effectively engage the target audience and support the company's business success.
