Abstract:

Anotace Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vzdělávání pracovníků v domově pro osoby se zdravotním postižením v Ústí nad Labem. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, tedy teoretické a praktické, kdy v teoretické části práce budou postupně osvětleny problematiky vzdělávání, bude zde uvedeno dělení vzdělávání, jeho formy a bariéry ve vzdělávání. Dále zde budou uvedeny informace ke vzdělávání pracovníků v sociálních službách a rovněž se teoretická část práce bude zabývat specifikací vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků dle vyhlášky zákona o sociálních službách. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní šetření formou dotazníku, který je proveden v Ústí nad Labem mezi dvaačtyřiceti respondenty z řad pracovníků domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením tamtéž. Výzkumným cílem práce bude analyzovat možnosti a průběh vzdělávání pracovníků v sociálních službách v domovech pro osoby se zdravotním postižením.

Abstract:

Annotation The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of training of workers in a home for people with disabilities in Ústí nad Labem. The thesis consists of two main parts, i.e. theoretical and practical, where in the theoretical part of the thesis the issues of education will be gradually illuminated and the division of education, its forms and barriers in education will be presented. Furthermore, information on the education of social workers will be given and also the theoretical part of the thesis will deal with the specification of social worker education according to the decree of the Social Services Act. The practical part includes a quantitative investigation in the form of a questionnaire, which is conducted in Ústí nad Labem facility among forty-two respondents from among the workers of the home for people with disabilities. The research aim of the thesis will be to analyse the possibilities and the course of training of social service workers in homes for people with disabilities.
