Abstract:

Disertační práce Sociální práce ve zdravotnictví v České republice zkoumá aktuální situaci praxe oboru sociální práce specificky v rezortu zdravotnictví. Na základě studia literatury oboru sociální práce ve zdravotnictví a na základě relevantních výzkumných strategií a vědeckých postupů je v práci zpracována deskripce výkonu sociální práce v rezortu zdravotnictví a je analyzována praxe sociální práce ve zdravotnictví v České republice. Výzkumnou oblastí disertační práce je výkon praxe sociální práce ve zdravotnictví. V teoretické části se věnuje terminologickému vymezení, teoretickým východiskům a vybraným specifikům sociální práce ve zdravotnictví. Kvantitativní výzkum se věnuje tématům organizačních podmínek a podmínek daných klientelou pro výkon sociální práce v praxi sociálních pracovníků v rezortu zdravotnictví v České republice. Fenomenologicky založený kvalitativní výzkum je v disertační práci metodologicky ukotven případovou studií sociální práce ve vybrané zdravotnické organizaci. Práce předkládá Terminologické vymezení sociální práce ve zdravotnictví, Exkurz do vybraných teoretických koncepcí sociální práce ve zdravotnictví, Deskripci současného stavu sociální práce ve zdravotnictví v České republice a Případovou studii ?sociální práce ve zdravotnické organizaci?.

Abstract:

The dissertation titled ?Social work in health care in the Czech Republic? examines the current practice of social work, especially in the branch of health care. The dissertation contains a description of the performance of social work in health care, which has been defined on the basis of literature study pertaining to social work in health care, and also on the basis of relevant research strategies and scientific procedures. The practice of social work in health care in the Czech Republic is also analysed. The research area of the dissertation is aimed at the practical performance of social work in health care. The theoretical part deals with terminology, theoretical bases, together with selected specificities of social work in health care. Quantitative research deals with the topics of organizational conditions for the performance of social work and conditions given by the clientele, in the practice of social workers in health care in the Czech Republic. Phenomenologically based qualitative research is methodologically anchored in the dissertation by the means of a case study of social work performed in a selected health care establishment. The dissertation work presents Terminology determination of social work in health care, Excursion into selected theoretical concepts of social work in health care, Description of the current state of social work in health care in the Czech Republic and Case study ?Social work in a health care establishment?.
