Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou institucionálního stravování ve firmách. Cílem této práce je identifikace povinností a možností firem v oblasti institucionálního (firemního) stravování. Také se detailně věnuje hygienickým podmínkám při vaření jídel. Dílčím cílem je identifikovat přání a spokojenost zákazníků, kteří tyto závodní restaurace navštěvují denně.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis analyzes institutional catering in companies. This bachelor thesis tries to identify the obligations and possibilities of companies in the area of corporate catering. Attention is paid to hygienic conditions in cooking meals. Another goal is to identify the wishes and satisfaction of customers who eat the restaurant daily in the company.
