Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Hodnocení hotelového systému HORES“ je vysvětlení funkcionality tohoto programu a na základě zkušeností s praktickým použitím v provozu zhodnocení využití jednotlivých modulů na příslušném úseku v hotelu. V první části práce jsou popsány informační systémy, specifické požadavky na jejich činnost a kritéria, kterými se řídíme při výběru hotelového informačního systému. V druhé části je popsán systém členění celého programu, jehoo bsluha a činnosti, které umožňuje. V třetí a čtvrté části porovnávám nabízené funkce programu HORES s potřebami pracovníků všech úseků, které ho využívají, a navrhuji některé úpravy, které by lépe vyhovovaly pro užití v praxi.

Abstract:

The topic of Bachelor thesis „Evaluation of hotel system HORES“ explains the functionality of the program and the experience with the practical application in service modules evaluation of the use in the relevant section in a hotel. The first part describes the information systems, specific requirements for their performance and criteria that we follow hen choosing a hotel information system. The second part describes the system structure of the whole program, its possible operation and service. In the third and forth parts there is comparison of features offered by HORES with requirements of staff at all departments which use it and I suggest some modifications that would better suit to the use in practice.
