Preview of parents on lesuire younger school-age children

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá trávením volného času dětí mladšího školního věku. Cílem této práce je přiblížit současný pohled na volný čas těchto dětí a také přiblížit tento čas tak, jak ho vnímají samotní rodiče dětí v daném období a jak se podle nich tento čas proměňuje v souvislosti s aktuálními trendy v současné společnosti. Práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována přiblížení pojmu volný čas, jeho historickému vývoji a významu, dále se zabývá současnou problematikou volného času a náplní aktivit dnešních dětí ve volném čase. Jelikož je tato práce zaměřena na děti mladšího školního věku, je část práce věnována i přiblížení tohoto věku dítěte a jeho potřebám v tomto období. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu výzkumu a interpretaci výsledků. Výzkumné šetření vychází z metody ohniskové skupiny, která proběhla s rodiči dětí mladšího školního věku, a analýzy dat za pomoci otevřeného kódování.

Abstract:

Annotation This bachelor thesis deals with the spending leisure time for children younger than school age. The aim of this work is to describe the current view of the leisure of these children and describe this time how it is perceived by parents of children and how is this time changing in the context of current trends in contemporary society according to parents. This work is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part is dealing with bringing closer the concept of leisure, its historical development and its importance, and also it deals with the current issues of leisure time activities and their content. And because this work is aimed at younger school age children, there is a part devoted to bring closer this age of the child and his needs during this period. The practical part is focused on the analysis and interpretation of research results. The survey is based on the method of focus groups held with parents of younger school age children, and analysis data with help of open coding.
