Predmetom diplomovej práce je systém vzdelávania zamestnancov. Teoretická časť vychádza z dostupnej literatúry a približuje jednotlivé kroky systematického vzdelávania, od identifikácie potreby vzdelávania, cez jeho naplánovanie a následnú realizáciu, až po hodnotenie, ako posledný krok a zároveň podnet pre nový začiatok celého systému.
