Recruiting new employees in the selected company

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problémem s nedostatkem zaměstnanců a tím i s plněním zakázek ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je navržení nejvhodnějších metod náboru nových zaměstnanců technických profesí (montér, svářeč) ve vybrané společnosti. Práce se zaměří i na ostatní oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů jako opatření proti odchodu nových i stávajících zaměstnanců. V metodologické části se využívá dotazníkového šetření, popisné statistiky a řízených rozhovorů. Z dotazníkového šetření vyplynulo, že zaměstnanci jsou spokojeni s prací u společnosti a že se o společnosti dozvídají pomocí sociálních sítí, na jejich webových stránkách, na úřadu práce či pomocí doporučení od známých či kamarádů. Práce by měla pomoci společnosti s úspěšnějším náborem a spokojenějšími zaměstnanci, čímž by se mohl vyřešit problém s plněním zakázek.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with problem of employee's shortage and thus with the fulfillment of the orders in selected company. The goal of thesis is to propose the most suitable methods of recruiting new employees of technical professions (assembler, welder) in selected company. The work will also focus on other areas of human resources management as a measure against leaving off new and existing employees. In the methodological part is used questionnaire survey, descriptive statistics, and controlled interviews. The questionnaire survey showed that employees are satisfied with work for the company and that they clued in about the company through social networks, on their websites, through recommendations from acquaintances or friends. The work should help the company with more successful recruitment and more satisfied employees, which could solve the problems with the fulfillment of the orders.
