Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem odměňování ve společnosti ČSOB Pojišťovna, a. s., jeho strukturou a funkčností. Jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, úkoly a cíle správně nastaveného systému odměňování. Dále se práce věnuje oblasti hodnocení a motivací zaměstnanců. This thesis deals with renumeration principles in ČSOB Pojišťovna, its structure and function. There are explained the basic terms, objectives and targets adjusted properly pay system. Further this thesis deals with the evaluation and motivation of employee.
