První část disertační práce se zabývá studiem vlastností stacionárních fází na bázi silikagelu s cílem porovnat jejich chromatografické vlastnosti a přispět k vývoji metod charakterizace. Klasické testy pro charakterizaci kolon jsou zde porovnány s testy využívajícími naftalensulfonové kyseliny jako nové testovací látky. The first part of dissertation is concerned with the study of the properties of stationary phases based on silica gel with the purpose to compare their chromatographic properties and to contribute to development of the methods for the columns characterization.
