Abstract:
V úvodu mé bakalářské práce stanovuji hypotézy, popisuji cíle a metodologii. V teoretické části prezentuji obecný systém HRM. Zaměřuji se na výběr, vedení a motivaci, což je v souladu s oficiálním cílem práce. V části praktické nejprve představuji vybrané zařízení sociálních služeb. Abstract:
In the introduction to my thesis, I introduce my hypothesis, describe the objectives and its methodology. The theoretical part provides a general HRM system. I focus on the selection, management and motivation which is aligned with the work's official goal. In the first part, selected social service facilities are presented.
