Abstract:

KOLÁŘOVÁ, Kateřina. Etické problémy příjezdového cestovního ruchu s přihlédnutím ke kulturním odlišnostem klientů a možnosti jejich předcházení. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2017. 63 stran. Bakalářská práce se zabývá Etickými problémy příjezdového cestovního ruchu a kulturními odlišnostmi klientů židovské kultury, kteří přijíždějí do České republiky a možnostmi jejich předcházení. Cílem práce je analyzovat rozdíly ve znalostech židovské kultury u pracovníků v cestovním ruchu v České republice a v souvislosti s tím vymezit základní etické problémy příjezdového ruchu, vázané na židovskou klientelu. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, v první (teoreticko-metodologické) části vymezuji a následně vysvětluji základní pojmy, které souvisí s tématem mojí práce, těmi jsou příjezdový cestovní ruch, kultura a etika. Ve druhé části (analytické části) se zabývám židovskou kulturou, jejími zvyky, svátky a tradicemi. V této části také popisuji a vyhodnocuji svůj primární výzkum, pro který jsem zvolila metodu dotazníkového šetření. Zaměřila jsem se na otázky, které se týkají znalosti židovské kultury, jejích tradic, zvyků a pravidel. Respondenty dotazníkového šetření byli zaměstnanci zařízení, která spadají do oblasti cestovního ruchu v České republice. V poslední (návrhové) části práce se snažím navrhnout řešení problémů, které vyplývají z neznalosti kultury a jsou spojeny s kulturními odlišnostmi židovských klientů.

[Bachelor´s Dissertation] The Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2017. 63 pages. The Bachelor´s Dissertation deals with Ethical problems of incoming tourism and the cultural differences of clients of Jewish cultural, who come to the Czech Republic and possibilities of their prevention. The aim of this work is to analyze the differences in knowledge of the Jewish culture between employees of tourism in the Czech Republic and then define the basic ethical problems of incoming tourism associated to Jewish clients. Thesis is divided into three parts, in the first (theoretically-methodological) part I define and then explain the basic concepts which are related to the theme of my work, these are incoming tourism, culture and ethics. In the second part (analytical part) I go into the Jewish culture, habits, festivals and traditions. In this part I also describe and evaluate my primary research for which I chose the method of survey. I focused on questions which are related to knowledge of Jewish culture, traditions, habits and rules. Respondents of this survey were employees of tourist facilities in the Czech Republic. In the last (proposal) part of the work I try to suggest solution to problems which ensue from ignorance of culture and which are related to differences of Jewish clients.
