Diplomová práce se zabývá hospodařením s vybraným nemovitým majetkem ve vlastnictví státu, na konkrétním příkladu vybrané státní instituce. Pro svoje specifické postavení - přejímání majetku státu na sebe, i když jej nepotřebuje ke své činnosti, byl vybrán Úřad pro zastupování státu ve věcech majetkových (dále jen "ÚZSVM"). Presented diploma thesis is concern on economical part od public administration of choosen state-owned properties in case of unique state-owned organization.
