Spatial development of Brno-Bystrc city district

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza územního rozvoje městské části Brno Bystrc, především v souvislosti s aktuální výstavbou místního sídliště. Metodou analýzy a syntézy jsou zhodnoceny důležité aspekty související s rozvojem městské části a to především změny v demografické struktuře obyvatel a jejich dopady na potřebu občanské vybavenosti. Dále je v práci zhodnocena dopravní a technická infrastruktura a rovněž rekreace, jež tato městská část nabízí.

Abstract:

The objective of the bachelor’s thesis is the analysis of the territorial development of the city district Brno-Bystrc, in particular in connection with the current building construction of the local housing settlement. Applied analysis and synthesis methods evaluate important aspects related to the development of the city district, primarily with focus on changes in demographic structure of its population and resulting impacts on need of amenities. Furthermore, the thesis evaluates transport and technical infrastructure as well as recreational possibilities, offered by this particular part of the city.
