Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem vybraných právních předpisů poskytujících právní základ pro vytváření a užívání turistických značených stezek. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, kdy úvodní kapitoly obsahují výčet stěžejních pojmů a právních pramenů. Hlavní část práce se věnuje analýze předpisů, které mají na turistické značené stezky vliv. This thesis deals with analysis of selected legal regulations which provide legal framework for creating and using hiking marked trails. The whole thesis is divided into the five categories. Introductory chapters contain enumeration of key terms and legal sources. Main part of the thesis focuses on analysis of regulations that affect hiking marked trails.
