GDPR v společenství vlastníků jednotek

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá GDPR v společenství vlastníků jednotek. V práci jsou vymezeny pojmy týkající se GDPR a společenství vlastníků jednotek. Dále je popsáno, jak se GDPR dotýká společenství vlastníků jednotek. Práce dále popisuje analýzu stávajícího stavu společenství vlastníků jednotek, zjištění neuspokojivých postupů a navrhnutí nového řešení.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with GDPR in the community of unit owners. The thesis defines the concepts related to GDPR and unit owners' association. Furthermore, it is described how the GDPR affects the unit owners' association. The thesis further describes the analysis of the current state of the unit owners association, identifying unsatisfactory practices and proposing a new solution.
