Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá aspekty ošetřovatelství pacientů v domácí péči s diagnózou diabetes mellitus. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám popisem podstaty onemocnění diabetes mellitus, teorií ošetřovatelského procesu, popisem vybraného ošetřovatelského modelu Marjory Gordon a charakteristikou domácí péče. This bachelor thesis examines aspects of nursing home care of patients with a diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part.
