Hypothesis for outsourcing of collection entrusted the health insurance company - public authority
Abstract:
Má diplomová práce popisuje činnosti spojené s kontrolou a vymáháním dlužných částek v oblasti veřejného zdravotního pojištění. Cílem mé práce je na základě výsledků empirického výzkumu a provedené situační strategie příjmové části zdravotní pojišťovny zhodnotit přínos nového způsobu vymáhání pohledávek zdravotní pojišťovny.
Abstract:
My thesis describes the activities associated with monitoring and collections of debts in the field of public health insurance. Based on the results of empirical research I will analyze the external and internal environment of the health insurance fund and within the test project I will evaluate the benefits of the new way of collections of the receivables by the health insurance fund.
