Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou obchodní úvěry - způsoby jejich využití a ošetření rizik s nimi spojených. Obchodní úvěr má své specifické rysy, určitá omezení, výhody i nevýhody. Jedná se o typ úvěru, který vyplývá z běžného styku mezi podnikateli. Vzniká v případě, kdy dodavatel umožňuje odběrateli odklad platby za objednané zboží či službu. Tato skutečnost dodavatelskému podniku umožňuje zvýšit svůj reprodukční cyklus a získat významný zdroj krytí oběžného majetku. Určitá výše obchodního úvěru je však v podniku vázána trvale. Teoreticko-metodologická část práce se bude zabývat charakteristikou obchodních úvěrů jako formy krátkodobého dluhového financování odběratelů. Budou zkoumány jejich druhy, výhody a nevýhody, formy, náklady obchodních úvěrů, důvody pro využití obchodních úvěrů, způsoby úhrady a vzniklé pohledávky z obchodních vztahů. Pozornost bude rovněž věnována finančnímu rozhodování podniku při poskytování obchodních úvěrů. V aplikační části bakalářské práce bude přiblížena obchodní úvěrová politika dvou podniků, které jsou v roli dodavatele.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis are suppliers credits - how they are used and the risk elimination ways associated with them. Business loans have specific features, limitations, advantages and disadvantages. This is the type of loan which is the result of interaction between entrepreneurs. It is used when the supplier allows customers delay payments for merchandise or service. This allows to increase the reproductive cycle and gain a significant source of coverage of current assets. A certain amount of trade credit in the company is bounded permanently. Theoretical and methodological part will deal with the characteristics of trade credit as a form of short term debt financing customers. This part of work examined the types, advantages and disadvantages, forms of business loans, the reasons for the use of trade credit, payment methods and the resulting trade receivables. Attention will also be given to financial decision-making enterprise in the provision of trade credit. In the application part of the thesis the author is dealing with the approach to business loan from the supplier point of view. In this part the author examined two companies that are in the role of supplier.
