Abstract:
Práce byla vypracována ve spojitosti se zaváděním metody expresních čipů na pracovišti LTBG (Laboratoř nádorové biologie a genetiky). V předkládané práci byly za pomocí expresních čipů porovnány dvě primární buněčné linie derivované ze vzorků osteosarkomu - linie OSA-03 a OSA-05. Abstract:
Presented thesis was aimed at an introduction of the expression profiling based on microarray technique into Laboratory of Tumor Biology and Genetics (LTBG). The aim of this work was to compare two primary cell lines derived from osteosarcoma - OSA-03 and OSA-05 cell lines.
