Práce je věnována neurodegenerativním onemocněním se zaměřením na čtyři hlavní skupiny - Alzheimerova nemoc, frontotemporální lobární degenerace, onemocnění s opakováním tripletů a prionová onemocnění. Do tohoto přehledu je zahrnuta definice, klinické příznaky a možnosti léčby jednotlivých onemocnění. Abstract:
This thesis deals with neurodegenerative diseases and it brings focus on four main groups - Alzheimer's Disease, Frontotemporal Lobar Degenerations, Trinucleotide Repeat Diseases and Prion Diseases. The work includes a definition, clinical signs and ways of the medical treatment.
