Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na lhůty v insolvenčním řízení stanovené insolvenčním zákonem insolvenčnímu soudu a insolvenčnímu správci, se zaměřením na následky jejich marného uplynutí. U vybraných lhůt rozdělených podle svého účelu do skupin, je posuzována jejich povaha a případně následky, které mohou s jejich marným uplynutím souviset. The thesis focuses on time periods in insolvency proceedings set by the Insolvency Act for the insolvency court and the insolvency administrator, with a focus on the consequences of their futile expiry.
