Predmetom mojej bakalárskej práce je pojem náhrady škody na zdraví podľa Trestného ako aj Občianskeho zákonníka. Práca sa zameriava konkrétne na rozbor pojmu škody, náhrada škody na zdraví, príčiny a zavinenia, analýzu právnych vzťahov, ktoré sa v rámci nej uplatňujú. Teoretická časť poukazuje na vymedzenie a vysvetlenie právnych vzťahov a odborných termínov súvisiacich s náhradou škody na zdraví. …more
