Tato práce pojednává o systému státní sociální podpory. Mapuje historický vývoj tohoto institutu a charakterizuje jednotlivé dávky, které do tohoto systému spadají. Věnuje se účelu, ke kterému jsou tyto dávky určeny a podmínkám nároku na ně. Dále je zde rozebrána platná právní úprava, která se k danému tématu vztahuje. This work deals with the system of state social support. It maps the historical development of this institute and characterizes the individual benefits that fall into this system.
