Tato práce poskytuje náhled na dosud nedostatečně reflektované téma psychologické péče v dětských domovech. Popisuje vývoj a aktuální stav ústavní péče, zejména dětských domovů, přináší přehled studií zabývajících se dítětem v dětském domově, zabývá se možnostmi personálu dětského domova. This thesis offers insight into insufficiently reflected topic of psychological care in children's homes. It describes the development and current state of institutional care, especially children's homes, it brings an overview of studies focusing on a child in children's homes, and it deals with the opportunities of children's homes' personnel.
