The Comparison of Classroom Climate in a Regular Primary School with a Primary School with Montessori Elements

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komparaci třídního klimatu v běžné základní škole a v základní škole s Montessori prvky. V teoretické částí je vymezen termín klima třídy, znaky klimatu školní třídy, spolutvůrci klimatu třídy, faktory ovlivňují klima třídy. Následně klasifikace třídního klimatu, důvody a možnosti zkoumání klimatu třídy. Další kapitola teoretické části obsahuje tradiční školství, popis legislativního rámce českého vzdělávacího systému, prvního stupně základního vzdělávání, žáka a třídu v tradičním systému. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na Montessori pedagogiku, žáka a třídu v Montessori systému a na stručný popis ovlivnění kolektivu Montessori systémem. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, rozdíly v klimatu třídy mezi běžnou základní školou a základní školou s Montessori prvky. Pro naplnění výzkumných cílů byla použita kvantitativní metoda.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of classroom climate in a regular primary school and in a primary school with Montessori elements. The theoretical part defines the term classroom climate, features of classroom climate, co-creators of classroom climate, factors influencing classroom climate. Subsequently, the classification of classroom climate, the reasons and possibilities of researching the reasons for examining classroom climate. The next chapter of the theoretical part includes traditional schooling, description of the legislative framework of the Czech education system, the first stage of primary education, pupils and class in the traditional system. The last chapter focuses on Montessori pedagogy, the pupil and the classroom in the Montessori system and a brief description of the influence of the collective on the Montessori system. The aim of the practical part was to find out the differences in classroom climate between a regular elementary school and an elementary school with Montessori elements. A quantitative method was used to meet the research objectives.
