Changes in the law on social services from the prespective of selected social services

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálním zněním návrhu novelizace zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách. Cílem diplomové práce je vymezení problematiky legislativního ukotvení sociálních služeb, a to s ohledem na hodnocení návrhu novelizace zákona z pohledu poskytovatelů sociálních služeb. Cílem výzkumného šetření je analýza názorů ředitelů pobytových sociálních služeb pro seniory, a to domovů pro seniory a domovů se zvláštním režimem, které jsou poskytovány na území Moravskoslezského kraje, na změny v připravované novelizaci zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část, kterou tvoří tři hlavní kapitoly, je věnována oblasti sociálních služeb, a to včetně jejich vývoje z historického hlediska, a zákonu č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách. Ve výzkumné části diplomové práce je definována metodologie výzkumu, přičemž k naplnění stanoveného cíle byla využita kvantitativní výzkumná strategie. Jako výzkumná technika bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření, jehož prostřednictvím byl zjišťován názor ředitelů pobytových sociálních služeb pro seniory, a to domovů pro seniory a domovů se zvláštním režimem, které jsou poskytovány na území Moravskoslezského kraje, na novelizaci zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the current of the draft No. 108/2006 Coll.,on social services. The aim of the thesis is the definition of legislative issues, social services, with regard to the evaluation of the draft amendments the law from the perspective of providers of social services. The aim of the research is the analysis of the investigation of the Manager´s point of view to residential social services for the elderly people, home for the elderly and home with special daily routine, which are supplied in the territory of the Moravian-Silesian region, the changes in the upcoming amendment to Act No. 108/2006 Coll.,on social services. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part, which is consisted of three main chapters, is devoted to the field of social services, including their development from a historical perspective, and Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services. In the research section of the diploma thesis is defined the methodology of research, and accomplishment (fruition) of the objective of quantitative research strategies were used. As a research technique was chosen survey.
