'More economic approach' within decisions of the Czech courts
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Více ekonomický přístup“ v soutěžních rozhodnutích českých soudů je zhodnocení aplikace více ekonomického přístupu v soutěžních rozhodnutích českých soudů, vysvětlení tohoto stavu a odhadnutí budoucího vývoje. Tato práce se potom soustředí pouze na rozhodnutí vztahující se k zneužití dominantního postavení.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis 'More economic approach' within decisions of the Czech courts is to evaluate how Czech courts apply more economic approach, to explain it and to estimate future development. This thesis focuses only on decision concerning abuse of dominant position.
