Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je Řízení vztahů se zákazníky ve vybraném kraji. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vysvětlení pojmů, týkajících se vztahů se zákazníky a zanalyzovat uplatňované formy CRM ve vybraném kraji. Získané výsledky komparovat se zjištěnými zákaznickými preferencemi. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. Těmito částmi jsou teoretická část a aplikační část. V teoretické části bakalářské práce, jsou vysvětlovány hlavní pojmy bakalářské práce, kterými jsou vztahy se zákazníky. V dalších kapitolách se teorie přesouvá na zákazníky a jejich chování. A v neposlední řadě se teorie zaměřuje na věrnostní programy. Druhá část bakalářské práce je aplikační část, ve které je představen Jihočeský kraj. Dále se aplikační část přesouvá na dotazníkový výzkum. Zde je popsaný autorův sběr dat, počet získaných dotazníků, druhy respondentů, otázek a následné jejich zanalyzování, v podobě odpovědí na stanovené otázky.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is Customer Relationship Management in the selected region. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to explain the terms of customer relations and to analyze the applied forms of CRM in selected region. Comparing the Gained results with the customer preferences. The thesis part is divided into two main parts. These parts are the theoretical part and the application part. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, are explained the main terms as relations with customers. In the following chapters, theory moves to customers and their behavior. And last but not least, the theory focuses on loyalty programs. The second part of the bachelor thesis is an application part, in which the South Bohemian Region is introduced. In addition, the application part is shifted to questionnaire research. The author's data collection, the number of questionnaires obtained, the types of respondents, questions and their analysis are described here, in the form of answers given questions.
