Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se zaměřuji na relaxaci v kontextu mladšího školního věku. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části – teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části blíže charakterizuji specifika období mladšího školního věku, věnuji se také současnému zdravotnímu stavu dětí, faktorům ovlivňujícím zdraví, prevenci a podpoře zdraví. My thesis aims at relaxation in terms of elementary school children. The the-sis is divided into two parts – a theoretical and a practical one. In the theoretical part, I describe specifics of age elementary school children.
