Analysis of Safety and Health Protection at Work in Company České dráhy, a. s.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje, analyzuje a hodnotí bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci ze dvou hledisek, z teoretického a praktického. Teoretická část obsahuje terminologii k problematice bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví při práci (dále jen BOZP), legislativu, vysvětluje pojmy, jako je školení zaměstnanců, lhůty povinných kontrol a prohlídek, ochranné pracovní pomůcky a další skutečnosti vztahující se k dané problematice. Praktická část je věnována seznámení s konkrétní společností a její strukturou, pohled na BOZB v konkrétní společnosti, a to České dráhy, a.s., kde velmi přísně dbají na prevenci a ochranu zaměstnanců a jsou jasně vymezené povinnosti zaměstnavatele při pracovním úrazu. Součástí je i představení profesí, a to pracovní pozice bezpečnostního technika a pracovní pozice strojvedoucího, vymezení jejich činností a povinností. Analýzy rizika jsou provedeny pomocí metody PNH a analýzy What if.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) description and analysis in terms of theoretical and practical point of view. The theoretical part is concerned with terminology and legislation related to OSH topic. The basic concepts such as employee training, deadlines, mandatory inspections and exam-inations, protective equipment and other facts are also explained within this part. The practical part is focused on the description of selected company České dráhy, a.s., work environment and attitude to OSH. This company follows all necessary rules and pays attention to the prevention and protection of its employees with clearly defined responsibil-ities in case of any occupational injury. This part also contains the description of related professions like Safety Manager or Train driver including the definition of their field of acitivities and responsibilities. The aims of this thesis have been fulfilled and verified by final recommendations resulting from performed risk analysis using "PHN" and "What if Analysis".
