Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pracovní spokojenosti učitelů v mateřských školách. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of job satisfaction of teachers in kindergartens. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the theoretical background concerning teachers' job satisfaction.
