Work Satisfaction of Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pracovní spokojenost učitelek mateřských škol. Teoretická část charakterizuje osobnost učitelky a její profesi z hlediska spokojenosti s obsahovou náplní práce a profesním životem. Dále sumarizuje faktory ovlivňující spokojenost učitelky související s nároky kladenými na učitelskou profesi a s jejími specifiky, snaha poukázat na jejich úskalí, požadavky či motivaci, která je důležitá ve všech oblastech této profese. V závěru je pozornost směřována na celkové klima v MŠ, životní spokojenost, která je nedílnou součástí pracovní spokojenosti obecně, a také na rizikové faktory pracovní zátěže. Empirická část představuje výzkumné šetření zaměřené na oblast vnitřních a vnějších faktorů ovlivňujících míru subjektivního vnímání pracovní spokojenosti učitelek mateřských škol formou dotazníku a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers. The theoretical part characterizes the teacher's personality and her profession in terms of satisfaction with the content of the job and professional life. Furthermore, it summarizes factors influencing teacher's satisfaction related to the demands placed on the teaching profession and its specifics, an effort to point out their pitfalls, requirements, and motivation that is important in all areas of this profession. In conclusion, attention aims at the overall climate in kindergarten, life satisfaction that is an integral part of the job satisfaction in general, and also risk factors of workload. The empirical part presents research focused on the area of internal and external factors influencing the level of subjective perception of the kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction by the form of a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview.
