Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na nejčastější pochybení zadavatelů veřejných zakázek v rámci zadávacího řízení. Jednotlivá pochybení jsou charakterizována a poté analyzován jejich vliv na zadávací proces. V teoretické části se práce zabývá platnou legislativou týkající se dané problematiky. This thesis focuses on the most frequent mistakes made by contracting authorities in the public procurement process. These mistakes are characterized and their impact on the procurement process is analyzed. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the current legislation concerning this issue.
