Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena boj s alkoholismem v 19. a 20. století. Je zde stručně rozebrána historie a druhy alkoholu. Zabývá se názory zejména lékařů ohledně alkoholismu a jeho dopadů na společnost, taktéž pak na děti a mládež. Dále je popsán vznik protialkoholního spolku a boj členů spolku za abstinentní ideu v Čechách. Součástí práce je porovnání abstinentních časopisů s ohledem na jejich obsahovou stránku …more
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on alcoholism in the 19th and 20th centuries. The history and types of alcohol are briefly analyzed. It addresses the opinions of physicians on alcoholism and its impact on society, as well as on children and adolescents. Also described is the founding of the anti-alcohol association and the association members? fight for abstinence in the Czech Republic. The thesis compares periodicals …more
