Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu rizik zavádění inovace informačního systému ve vybrané mezinárodní společnosti. Cílem je analyzovat konkrétní projekt zabývající se implementací inovace IS. The thesis focuses on risk analysis in implementation of IT innovations in selected international company. The main objective is to analyze the specific project dealing with the implementation of IS innovation.
