Abstract:

TOBIÁŠOVÁ, Zuzana: The current business conditions in Slovakia [Bachelor thesis]. Banking Institute of the University of Prague, foreing university Banská Bystrica. Department of Economics, Valuation, Social and Law Sciences. Tutor: Ing. Karolína Červená, PhD. Year of defense: 2014. Pages: 70. This bachelor thesis is aboaut actualities of business in the Slovak Republic. First chapter is aimed at framework conditions of business in the Slovak Republic, with an emphasis on small and medium enterprises, in terms of its the national economy of the Slovak Republic, business forms, financing, and the like. The second chapter is ebout analysis of current economic conditions of business, national policy for small and medium enterprises in the Slovak Republic, both in terms of its instruments and the institutional protection. The third chapter is aimed at barries to entrepreneurs in business. Points to excessive legislative and administrative burden for entrepreneurs to be borne by the business, but olso provides suggestions and measures to remove these barriers, thereby significantly contribute to the improvement of the business environment in the Slovak Republic.

TOBIÁŚOVÁ, Zuzana: Súčasné podmienky podnikania na Slovensku. [Bakalárska práca]. Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica. Katedra ekonómie, oceňovania, spoločenských vied a práva. Vedúci práce: Ing. Karolína Červená, PhD. Rok obhajoby: 2014. Počet strán: 70. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá súčasnými podmienkami podnikania na Slovensku. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na rámcové podmienky podnikania na Slovensku, s dôrazom na malé a stredné podnikanie, z hľadiska jeho významu v národnom hospodárstve Slovenskej republiky, podnikateľských foriem, financovania a podobne. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá analýzou súčasných ekonomických podmienok podnikania, národnou politikou malého a stredného podnikania v Slovenskej republike, a to ako z hľadiska jej nástrojov, tak i inštitucionálneho zabezpečenia. Tretia kapitola je zameraná na existujúce bariéry brániace podnikateľským subjektom v podnikaní, resp. znižujúce efektívnosť v podnikaní, ako je napr. nadmerná legislatívna a administratívna záťaž podnikateľov, ktorú musia znášať pri podnikateľskej činnosti, no zároveň prináša návrhy a opatrenia na odstránenie týchto bariér, čím by sa výrazne prispelo k zlepšeniu podnikateľského prostredia v Slovenskej republike.
