Tématem této bakalářské práce je reforma Evropského soudu pro lidská práva. Soud je v současnosti přetížen množstvím individuálních stížností, které paralyzují jeho činnost. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the reform of European court of human rights. The Court is overloaded with individual applications which paralyze its functioning. The thesis analyses measures which have been adopted so far and evaluate their effect on current overload crisis.
