Support of Small and Medium Enterprises in the EU and CR

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat význam malých a středních podniků pro ekonomiku státu a také zaměstnanost. Toto vše rozepisuji v dnešní době, době ekonomické krize, kdy význam těchto podnikatelů ještě vzrostl. Dále popisuji podporu malých a středních podniků v České republice a v Evropské unii i opatření, která z důvodu krize byla přijata v oblasti podpory podnikání. Snažím se zaměřit spíše na podporu v České republice a jen okrajově na podporu v Evropské unii. Jsou zde rozepsány způsoby podpory malých a středních podnikatelů a to nejenom přímé, ale i nepřímé podpory. V další části popisuji jeden vybraný podnikatelský subjekt, který využil podporu k zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti. V závěru hodnotím celkový přínos podpor pro podnikatele a popisuji jejich možný vývoj do budoucna.

Abstract:

The aim of this Bachelor’s paper is to describe the importance of small and medium-sized companies for the national economy and employment. I present these topics at the time of global economic crises when the importance of these companies rises. I also describe the support of small and medium-sized companies in the Czech Republic and in the EU, as well as security measures in the area of business support because of the economic crises. I tried to focus more on the support in the Czech Republic and less in the EU, on direct and indirect ways of support. In the next part of my paper I focus on one chosen business entity which has used the support to improve its competitiveness. Finally, I evaluate the whole contribution of support for businessmen and describe the possible progress in the future.
