Tématem diplomové práce je Právo proti nekalé soutěži a tiskový zákon. V úvodní části se autorka věnuje rozboru práva nekalé soutěže dle obchodního zákoníku. Důraz je kladen na objasnění všech tří prvků generální klauzule. The topic of this thesis is The Law Against Unfair Competition and the Press Act. At the beginning the author deals with the legal regulation of the unfair competition which is mainly contained in the Commercial Code.
