Valuation in Property Management
Abstract:
Má bakalářská práce se skládá ze tří částí. První část je teoretická a obsahuje úvod do problematiky oceňování majetku a jeho užití v property managementu. Druhá - praktická část je ocenění 2 objektů – bytová jednotka a bytový dům. Ve třetí části, která je analytická, rozebírám realitní trh v městských částech Praha Hlubočepy a Praha Bohnice / Troja.
Abstract:
My thesis consists of three parts. The first part is theoretical and includes prologue into issues of the property valuation and its use in property management. The second – practical part is valuation of two objects – housing unit and apartment building. In the third part, which is analytical, I analyze the real estate in districts Prague Hlubočepy and Prague Bohnice / Troja.
