Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací problematiky finanční analýzy, definuje její základní přístupy a teoretické poznatky. Cílem práce je demonstrovat finanční analýzu na dvou vybraných podnicích působících ve stavebním průmyslu v okrese Pelhřimov, kraje Vysočina. Samotná představená analýza je provedena ve třech krocích, prvním z nich je analýza absolutních ukazatelů, druhým z nich je analýza rozdílových ukazatelů a posledním analýza poměrových ukazatelů. Oba modelové podniky jsou dle popsané metodiky analyzovány a následně je provedena komparace vybraných ukazatelů napříč podniky. Z představených výsledků vyplývá, že podniky se v některých ukazatelích pohybují v obdobné úrovni, naopak v jiných jsou zcela odlišné, např. u čistého obratu za běžné účetní období jeden z podniků dosahuje v několika obdobích téměř dvojnásobné hodnoty než podnik druhý, ačkoli jsou si dle získaných informací právě tyto dva podniky vzájemně největšími konkurenty v dané oblasti.

Abstract:

The identification of financial analysis, as well as its fundamental methodologies and theoretical underpinnings, are covered in the bachelor's thesis. The thesis's objective is to provide financial analysis on two chosen businesses engaged in the building sector in the Pelhrimov area of the Vysocina region. The presented analysis itself is carried out in three steps, the first one is the analysis of absolute ratios, the second one is the analysis of difference ratios and the last one is the analysis of ratio ratios. The two model enterprises are analysed according to the described methodology and then a comparison of selected indicators across enterprises is made. The presented results show that the enterprises are at a similar level in some indicators, while in others they are quite different, e.g. in the case of net turnover for the current accounting period, one of the enterprises achieves almost twice the value of the other enterprise in several periods, although according to the information obtained, these two enterprises are each other's biggest competitors in the given area.
