Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sociální komunikaci, jako základ obchodních dovedností. Popisuje sociální komunikaci, obchod, techniky vyjednávání a psychologii prodeje. V praktické části budou zpracovány rozhovory s pěti respondenty z různých oborů s různými povoláními, aby v bakalářské práci byla vyobrazena, co největší rozmanitost odpovědí s cílem získat odpovědi na výzkumné otázky.
