Pros and Cons of Employees Rotation in a selected Organization

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou job rotací ve významné organizaci, která působí v automobilovém průmyslu. Hlavním cílem této práce je kritické zhodnocení kladů a záporů job rotací, a to jak z pohledu organizace, tak z pohledu jejích zaměstnanců. Ze zjištěných údajů pak měla být vypracována doporučení pro zlepšení systému job rotací. Teoretická část se věnuje nejprve obecnému tématu vzdělávání v organizacích a přináší tak ucelený pohled do problematiky s podrobným vymezením právě job rotací. V praktické části je na základě získaných dat z interní dokumentace a prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření od zaměstnanců zkoumané organizace provedena analýza. Kombinací výsledků analýzy a teoretických poznatků jsem dospěl k závěrečným doporučením pro zlepšení systému job rotací ve zkoumané organizaci.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of job rotation in a large organization operating in car industry. The main goal of this thesis is a critical evaluation of the pros and cons of job rotations, both from the perspective of the organization and from the perspective of its employees. Recommendations for improving the job rotation system were to be developed from the data obtained. The theoretical part first deals with the general topic of education in organizations and thus provides a comprehensive view of the issue with a detailed definition of job rotation. In the practical part an analysis is performed on the basis of data obtained from internal documentation and through a questionnaire survey from the employees of the examined organization. Combining the results of the analysis and theoretical knowledge, I came to the final recommendations for improving the job rotation system in the examined organization.
