Preparation of meals in the educational area Man and the world of work at the 1st stage of elementary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o zdravém životním důležitém faktoru vývoje dítěte. V práci je rozebrán význam zdravého stravování a jeho nezaměnitelný přínos pro fyzický a psychický vývoj dítěte. Mimo definic vysvětlujících jednotlivé pojmy složek stravy se práce zabývá členěním stravy z hlediska hodnot pro zdravý růst dítěte. Teoretická část je zaměřena na následky nedodržování zdravého stravování a s tím spojené choroby, kterými jsou obezita, cukrovka ohrožující děti již od raného dětství. V praktickém začlenění vzdělávacího okruhu přípravy pokrmů do výuky ukazuje vztah ke zdravému životnímu stylu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with a healthy vital factor of child development. The thesis discusses the importance of healthy eating and its unmistakable contribution to the physical and mental development of the child. In addition to the definitions explaining the individual terms of dietary components, the thesis deals with the breakdown of the diet, in terms of values for the healthy growth of the child. The theoretical part is focused on the consequences of non-compliance with a healthy diet and related diseases, which are obesity, diabetes threatening, children from early childhood. In the practical integration of the educational area of food preparation into teaching, it shows the relationship to a healthy lifestyle.
