Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hypotečních úvěrů a porovnáním v různých zemích. V první části se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na historii hypotečních úvěrů a co to vlastně hypoteční úvěr jako takový je. Soustředí se na různé druhy hypotečních úvěrů a jaké jsou mezi nimi rozdíly. My bachelor’s thesis focuses on the issue of mortgage loans and comparisons in different countires.
