Nursing Process at the Children with Acute Appendicitis

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelský proces v péči o dítě s akutní apendicitidou. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvoření plánu ošetřovatelské péče u dítěte s akutní apendicitidou. Dalším cílem práce je zpracovat informace o akutní apendicitidě u dětí, zpracování ošetřovatelského posouzení v NANDA doménách a vytvoření následného edukačního plánu určeného pacientovi a jeho celé rodině. Práce je primárně členěna na dvě části. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o akutní apendicitidě, její definici, patogenezi, epidemiologii, klinický obraz, možná vyšetření, léčbu, komplikace a také jsou zde shrnuta specifika role zdravotní sestry u dětského pacienta. Součástí problematiky teoretické části je rozbor léčby akutní apendicitidy u dětského pacienta. Praktická část je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o dítě s akutní apendicitidou a její posouzení v třinácti NANDA doménách. Praktická část je zaměřena na vytvoření plánu ošetřovatelské péče o dítě s akutní apendicitidou. Na základě posouzení v NANDA doménách jsou v závěru práce navrženy ošetřovatelské diagnózy.

Abstract:

The present bachelor thesis is focused on nursing process in a care about the child with acute appendicitis. The main aim is to create a plan of nursing process about child with acute appendicitis. The next aims of this thesis is to process information about acute appendicitis, process nursing assessment in NANDA's domains and create the education plan for the patient and whole family. The thesis is primarily divided into two parts. The theoretical part summarizes the information about acute appendicitis, its definition, pathogenesis, epidemiology, clinical picture, possible examinations, treatment, complications and also summarizes the specifics of the role of a nurse in a care about child patient. One component of the theoretical part of the thesis is analysis of the treatment of child patient with the acute appendicitis. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the nursing process about the child with acute appendicitis and its assessment in thirteen NANDA's domains. This part is also focused on the creation of the plan of nursing process about child with acute appendicitis. Based on the assessment in the domains, the nursing diagnosis are proposed.
