Tato diplomová práce zjišťuje, v jaké míře se pedagogičtí pracovníci setkávají se šikanou, s kterými typy šikany a jak jsou celkově připraveni řešit případnou šikanu. První část diplomové práce je věnovaná teoretickým poznatkům o šikaně. Zabývá se teorií agrese, jejími příčinami, vývojem šikany a postupy při jejím řešení. This thesis investigates the extent to which teaching staff encounter with bullying, what types of bullying and how they are generally prepared to deal with possible bullying. The first part of the thesis is devoted to theoretical knowledge about bullying, dealing with the theory of aggression, its causes, the development of bullying and the procedures for its solution.
