Perception of the burden on workers in a home with special regime

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Vnímání zátěže pracovníků v domově se zvláštním režimem se zabývá zátěží pracovníků v sociálních službách. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak vnímají pracovníci v sociálních službách psychickou a fyzickou zátěž a jak se se zátěží vyrovnávají. Práce je rozdělena do dvou kategorií. V teoretické části jsem se zabývala popisem seniorů, stárnutí a demenci u seniorů, která v domovech se zvláštním režimem patří k nejčastějším onemocněním u seniorů. Dále jsem popsala zátěž, její rozdělení, prevenci vzniku zátěže a také důsledky z nepřiměřené zátěže. V této kapitole je také popsána profese pracovníka v sociálních službách. Krátce je popsán domov se zvláštním režimem a jeho charakteristika. Pro praktickou část bakalářské práce byl použit výzkum pomocí dotazníku pro pracovníky v sociálních službách na pozici přímé a obslužné péče. Cílem výzkumu bylo jaký z faktorů je nejvíce zátěžový pro pracovníky v sociálních službách. Jak dlouho se u pracovníků projevují příznaky nadměrné zátěže a zda využívají nějaký druh duševní hygieny. Výsledky byly poukázány v grafech a tabulkách.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis entitled Perception of the burden on workers in a home with a special regime deals with the burden on workers in social services. The aim of this work was to find out how workers in social services perceive mental and physical stress and how they cope with the burden. The work is divided into two categories. I dealt with the description of the elderly, aging and dementia in the elderly, which in homes with special regimes are among the most common diseases in the elderly. I also described the load, its distribution, prevention of stress and also the consequences of excessive stress. This chapter also describes the profession of a worker in social services. A home with a special regime and its characteristics are briefly described. For the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, research was used using a questionnaire for workers in social services in the position of direct and service care. The aim of the research was which of the factors is the most stressful for social workers. How long do workers show signs of overwork and whether they use any kind of mental hygiene. The results were shown in graphs and tables.
